02The data we use
03Why, and on what basis
04Your photos
They are only used to create your looks, videos and analyses: never to identify you, never published on the site.
Uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days. Your looks stay in My looks until you delete them.
Mirvoi is for adults only: never upload photos of minors.
05Automated analyses
Analyses and glow-up scores are computed automatically by AI. They are style pointers, with no legal effect on you.
For face shape, the AI places a few markers (forehead, brows, nose, chin) to measure proportions. These measurements are never used to recognize you.
06How long we keep it
07Who can access it
Only our providers, acting on our instructions: hosting and visit statistics (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe), emails (Resend), and the artificial intelligence that creates your looks, videos and analyses.
Our AI provider processes your photos on our behalf and does not use them to improve its products.
To detect fraud, Stripe also collects information about the device used to pay (browser, IP address). More details in its privacy policy.
Your data is stored in the European Union, in Paris. Any transfer outside the EU, for example for the AI, is covered by the European Commission’s standard clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
08Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and decide what happens to it after your death.
The easiest way: Account → Photos & privacy. For anything else, write to mirvoisupport@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
