01Who sells, and to whom

These terms apply to every purchase on Mirvoi. The seller is FORTIN STUDIO, SASU (simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €1,000, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, Paris Trade and Companies Register no. 102 488 368.

Mirvoi is for adults only. You accept these terms when you pay.

02The service

Mirvoi creates images of you from a single photo: hairstyles, colors, beards, makeup, outfits, portraits, age, nails, analyses and retouching.

Each creation uses credits: 1 look = 1 credit, and a 5-second video = 10 credits.

Renders are made by AI. They give you a realistic idea, with no guarantee of the result at your salon. Analyses are style pointers, not medical advice.

We do our best to keep Mirvoi available, apart from maintenance.

03Plans and prices

Yearly billing costs 40% less. Your credits refill every month and do not roll over.

Without a subscription, packs of 10, 25 or 75 looks cost €4.99, €9.99 or €24.99. Pack credits stay valid for 12 months.

All prices include 20% VAT. If our prices change, we email you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before then.

04Payment and renewal

Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically every month or every year. We email you before every yearly renewal.

Your invoices are available in your account.

05Money-back guarantee

If you used fewer than 3 looks (3 credits) with your first payment, plan or pack, we refund it in full.

Ask before your first renewal from Manage my plan, or within 30 days for a pack from your account. Once per account.

06Cancel in 3 clicks

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access and your credits until then.

No further payments are taken, and your looks stay in your library.

07Your photos and looks

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. Never photos of minors, or sexual or violent content.

You keep all rights to your photos. You are free to use and share your looks.

In case of misuse, such as impersonating someone, we may remove the content and suspend the account.

08Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services, for as long as your plan runs.

If Mirvoi does not work as it should, we fix it. Failing that, you can get a price reduction or end the contract.

09Your data

We process your data as explained in the privacy policy.

10Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to mirvoisupport@gmail.com first.

If we can’t find a solution, you can contact the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris, France, cm2c.net.

Failing an agreement, the dispute goes to the competent court.
